Ok, I don’t really have the blues. But man, summertime is HECTIC.
Making money, losing money, camping, working working working, buying cars, playing tunes….it just won’t quit.
It’s ok though because the Iowa sunshine has been enough to keep me going all of the day and all of the night. And in between all the crazy stuff, I’ve had a little time to find some adventure. 🙂
Here are some snapshots of my summer so far. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks, I’ll be able to document something awesome for those of you who follow this thing.
Family of geese in Clear Lake, IA:
Wonderful grassy meadow found somewhere smack dab in the middle of nowhere:
Foraging finds on the Shell Rock River, pheasant back and chicken of the woods:
Climbing around and exploring the Shell Rock River:
Waiting for summer storms to roll through:
Hanging out and working on the buffalo ranch:
Hobbit dwelling family photoshoots at Tosanak Recreation Area:
And of course…golden Iowa sunsets:
Hey! I guess life isn’t too shabby right now, huh? 🙂
